FAQ’s
What’s the set up process?
We deliver, setup, style and take down one of our themed canopies at your private residence or select parks. The set up process takes between 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Does the guest have to clean up?
No. We don’t want our guest lifting a finger we take care of the cleanup.
What about late arrivals?
We understand life happens and will allow our guest a 15 minute grace.
What about weather?
We strongly encourage our guest to check the weather the day of the scheduled event. If the forecast calls for rain we will allow guest to reschedule.
How are the items cleaned?
All equipment is sanitized, dishes are steamed clean and we use allergy free detergent. Mask and gloves are worn at all by staff during set up and break down.
Can the canopy be left unattended?
No. Our guest must remain with the canopy for the entire duration of their booking. If our guest must leave early we ask that you contact us as soon as possible.
Is alcohol consumption allowed at public parks?
No. Except by special permit .
Can our guest select their park preference?
No. At this moment we‘re only providing service at Piedmont Park. We will be adding more parks in the near future.
How is the canopy secured?
Stakes are used to secure the canopy. If our guest request a canopy set up on a balcony weights are used.
Can the canopy be set up on a covered porch?
No. We will style and set up without the canopy.
What is the canopy measurements?
10x10 sq ft and offers full shade.
Does Canopy Oasis offer any refunds?
No.
